*Wins, as in good and reasonable outcomes in which everyone** experiences the least possible amount of stress from separation and divorce.
**Everyone as in everyone working towards a smooth transition from an intact family structure to a separated family structure.
We will ask for a redacted version of the positive Order or ruling or within a ruling where you decidedly made strides in helping make sure children have both parents or caretakers in their lives.
We will also ask for a description; of some of your story, yet done in a way that if the person being reported were to read it they might not like it, might even get angry at being exposed, but they would have no ethical or legal standing to remove it or take legal action. Proper and appropriately respectful forms of address are required.
This is designed to be a resource for others to win their cases, take care of their kids, and help others to do the same. All within the law.
And yes. It can be done. In fact, it is the only way it will ever truly get done.
Opinion, sentimentality, and high-intensity emotional statements are what keep so much of what’s wrong with this system in place.
